MasterX - Professional ECU Tuning Software
These Terms of Use (hereinafter "ToU") govern the use of the MasterX software and associated services offered by our company.
Use of the software implies full acceptance of these ToU. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the software.
MasterX offers the following features:
Prices include VAT. The exact feature set included in each license (technical support, manual Stage, checksum module, automatic file volume) is detailed on the licenses page and prevails over any earlier description.
Renewal: renewal is not automatic. A renewal offer is emailed to you before your license expires; without action on your part, access ends on the expiration date.
Automatic solutions recognized by MasterX for the loaded ECU and software version are processed in seconds, directly inside the application, with no human intervention.
Manual processing performed by our team (manual Stage included on Annual+ and Ultimate+, technical support) follows the active queue. This turnaround is indicative and may vary depending on workload, maintenance operations, or team availability. Any abusive use of these services is subject to potential sanctions, up to license suspension.

The MasterX software, its documentation, databases and all elements that compose it are protected by intellectual property rights.
Acquiring a license only grants a right of use and not ownership of the software.
We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Technical data collected during software use may be used to improve our services.
We guarantee that the software functions in accordance with its documentation under normal conditions of use.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the license. We cannot be held responsible for:
Your license is generated automatically as soon as your Stripe payment is confirmed, and your credentials are emailed within minutes. In rare exceptional cases (fraud check, payment error, technical incident), activation may be temporarily delayed.
Any payment error or duplicate transaction must be reported immediately to masterxresolve@gmail.com.
The digital license is considered delivered as soon as the account is created and credentials are provided. The following are reviewed case by case: duplicate payment, license not generated, technical error fully preventing access, wrong license purchased, fraudulent payment, incorrect email address, or a Stripe incident.
An activated and used license cannot normally be refunded, regardless of the plan chosen, subject to any mandatory legal provisions applicable to the Customer.

Any chargeback or payment dispute filed by the Customer with their bank or card issuer, alleging an unauthorized transaction when said transaction was in fact made by the Customer or with their consent, constitutes fraud and a material breach of these Terms of Service.
Where such a dispute is resolved in the Company's favor following the investigation conducted by the payment network, the Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
Such termination entitles the Customer to no compensation and does not affect the Company's right to pursue further legal action to obtain redress for damages suffered.
We reserve the right to modify these ToU at any time. Users will be informed of modifications by email or via the software.
These Terms of Service are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance, including those arising from fraud or abusive payment disputes, shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris (MasterX's registered office), unless mandatory legal provisions applicable to the Customer provide otherwise.
