Each computer is activated once with a code received by email, and one transfer is allowed per 30-day period if you change machine. Renewal is not automatic: we email you the offer before your licence expires, and access simply ends if you do not act on it.
Licence questions
On how many computers can I use my licence?
The Annual plan runs on 1 computer. Annual Plus and Ultimate Plus run on 2 computers, which must belong to the same holder. Each computer is activated once with a code received by email, and one transfer is allowed per 30-day period if you change machine.
How much is renewal after the first year?
Renewal is discounted on every plan: Annual €599/year, Annual Plus €1,399/year and Ultimate Plus €2,999/year. You keep the same access and all updates for another 12 months. Renewal is not automatic: we email you the offer before expiration, and your access simply ends if you do not act on it.
What support does each plan get?
Technical support is included on every plan, by email and WhatsApp. Annual is answered within 72 hours maximum. Annual Plus adds manual file processing by the team. Ultimate Plus adds unlimited manual processing and a priority queue.
Is the €599 Annual plan enough to start?
Yes. Annual gives you the complete automatic suite, every module and every solution, 10 files per day and the full 80,000 file server with weekly updates. You can upgrade to Annual Plus or Ultimate Plus at any time for unlimited files, manual processing and the checksum module.
How is my licence delivered?

Can I check that my ECU is covered before paying?
Yes, and you should. The full supported list is public and searchable on the supported ECUs page, with every solution shown per ECU.
